These agreements are some of the longest that SPEA has ratified with its employer The role includes providing effective tasks of working conditions management services to support the company`s mandate to implement the conditions of attribution between the company and the collective unit for employees represented by the Society of Engineers and Professional Employees (SPEA). This role also requires cooperation with the various internal players of the company in the implementation of the ongoing monitoring and performance; Reports and monitoring of intervention conditions.
